AI SDR software that runs outbound end to end.
An agentic SDR is a system that does the work of a sales development representative. It builds your target list, verifies and enriches the contacts, writes the personalised copy, runs the email and LinkedIn sequence and routes warm replies straight to your CRM. Your team only sees the conversations worth having.
Per-lead personalised opening lines from real public signals · 8-18% reply rate on tightly-defined ICP

What it actually does.
ICP-targeted prospect lists built to your custom filters — title, vertical, company size, intent signals
Every contact enriched and email-verified before a single send — deliverability locked in upfront
Per-lead personalised opening lines drawn from real public signals — role, recent posts, company news
5–7 touch sequences across email and LinkedIn, run end-to-end on a human-paced cadence
Reply triage — warm replies routed straight to your CRM with the full conversation thread
Continuous bounce monitoring with automatic suppression — your sender domain stays clean

Two ways to run this function.
The difference isn't effort. It's whether the sequence holds when nobody is watching.
- SDR researching + writing 30 emails a day
- Generic templates with [FirstName] tokens
- Replies handled in shared inbox, often missed
- Bounces surfacing in monthly deliverability reports
- 300+ personalised emails per day, per agent
- Per-lead opening line from real signals
- Replies in CRM with full thread within minutes
- Bounces auto-suppressed within the hour

Deployable, from $2,500 a month.

What is an AI SDR?
An AI SDR is software that does the work of a sales development representative: it finds matching prospects, verifies their details, writes a personalised first message, runs the follow-ups and passes warm replies to a person. An agentic SDR does it end to end, on its own.
Most AI SDR software is a tool your own rep still has to operate: choose the list, approve the copy, watch the inbox. An agentic SDR is the operator. It decides who to contact, opens with something specific it found about that company, keeps the sequence going at a human pace, and reads the replies.
What it does not do is close. A warm reply goes to your CRM with the whole thread attached, and a person takes it from there. The system exists so that your closers spend their day in conversations, not in research.
▸ 04 - Where it fits
Sales tool vs lead generation agency vs agentic SDR
Three ways to fill the top of a B2B pipeline. The difference is who does the work between the list and the booked call.
| Sales engagement tool | Lead generation agency | Agentic SDR | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Who operates it | Your own rep | Their team | The system |
| Personalisation | Name and company tokens | Varies by writer | An opening line from a real, checked finding |
| Contact data | Whatever you load | Bought lists, often | Verified before the first send |
| Replies | Sit in a shared inbox | Forwarded in a weekly report | Routed to your CRM with the thread |
| Sender reputation | Your problem | Their domain or yours | Your own warmed domain, bounces suppressed |
| What you own | A licence | The meetings | The list, the copy and the data |
▸ 05 - How it runs
From ideal customer to booked call
One sequence per prospect, across email and LinkedIn, ending the moment they reply.
- 1
Target
Prospects are selected against your ideal customer profile: title, vertical, company size and buying signals.
- 2
Verify
Every address is verified before a single send, so the sequence does not start by damaging your domain.
- 3
Open
The first message leads with something specific and checkable about that company. A prospect with nothing worth saying is skipped.
- 4
Follow up
Further touches go out across email and LinkedIn at a human pace, and stop when the prospect answers.
- 5
Hand over
Warm replies reach your CRM with the full thread. Bounces and unsubscribes are suppressed automatically.
Your stack, read and written by the agent.
The agent works inside the tools you already pay for. Read-only wherever read-only is enough, and every write is logged.

Questions you'll probably ask.
What does AI SDR software actually do?
AI SDR software does the prospecting work of a sales development representative. Botonomy's finds prospects that match your ideal customer, verifies their contact details, writes a personalised first message, runs the follow-up sequence across email and LinkedIn, and sends warm replies to your CRM with the thread attached. A person takes the conversation from there.
How is an agentic SDR different from a lead generation agency?
A lead generation agency sells you its team's time and usually keeps the list and the method. An agentic SDR is a system that runs on your own sending domain, and you keep the list, the copy and the reply data. On the Deployable plan the software itself is installed in your infrastructure.
What happens when a prospect replies?
The sequence stops for that person and the reply goes to your CRM with the full thread attached, so whoever picks it up has the context. Unsubscribe requests are honoured within the hour and the address is suppressed from every future send. The system does not negotiate or close; a person does.
How is this different from Outreach.io or Apollo?
Outreach + Apollo are tools — your SDR uses them to operate. Our agent IS the SDR. It picks the targets, writes the personalised opener, sends the sequence, triages replies, and only escalates qualified conversations to your team. You don't need an SDR; you need a closer.
Will this hurt my domain reputation?
No. Three protections: (1) every email is verified before the sequence starts, so you're not bouncing on bad addresses; (2) continuous bounce monitoring auto-suppresses any address that hard-bounces; (3) sends go from your own warmed-up domain at human-paced cadence — no provider warm-up shortcuts. Unsubscribe replies are honoured within the hour.
How personalised is "personalised"?
Per-lead opening line drawn from the prospect's role and tenure, their recent posts, recent company news, and shared connections where they exist. Not "{Hi FirstName, I noticed you work at {Company}}" — an actual specific opener that reads like a thoughtful human wrote it.
What's the typical reply rate?
Depends on ICP fit, offer strength, and market timing. Botonomy clients typically see an 8–18% positive reply rate on cold sequences targeting a tightly-defined ICP. We calibrate during the first 200-lead pilot batch and tune from there.
Can the agent handle LinkedIn connection requests + DMs too?
Yes. Multi-touch sequences can layer a LinkedIn connection request → email → LinkedIn DM → email follow-up across the same prospect, with the agent tracking which channel each lead replied on.
They share the same memory.
